Staff are four characters in Splatoon 3, who are located within Splatsville. One of them runs the Table Turf Battle Dojo, another serves as the Recon Guide, a third runs Crab-N-Go. An off-screen fourth one runs as a receptionist in Grizzco Industries.
Table Turf Battle
The Staff running the Table Turf Battle Dojo can be unlocked as an opponent for Table Turf Battle. Unlike other opponents, they face you in the Box Seats map, the smallest map of Table Turf Battle.

Trivia
- According to Sunken Scroll #24, there may be a very high probability that at least one of the staff is known as Marigold, and their Table Turf Battle card (which is one of the starting 15 a new player will get) seems to support this as it calls them Marigold instead of Staff.
- Contrary to this, all of the the Staff wear different clothes, and the image on the card matches the Staff who runs Crab-N-Go, suggesting that only they are Marigold.
